Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we make it easy to fix.

Though we take utmost care while delivering the right outfit for you, we understand that sometimes the outfit might not give you 100% satisfaction. As a friendly bunch of people, we want you to be happy with the outfit so that you can flaunt it & get compliments :)

We are commited to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much possible. Please read through the following terms and condition prior to making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and condition.

Return / Exchange Request

  • Return or Exchange request will only be allowed within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Return or Exchange request can be placed from the ‘Return/ Exchange Request’ option at the footer of the website or through this link directly: https://asilyn.com/apps/return_prime

Refund Policy

  • In case of return, the amount will be refunded in form of store credit with validity up to one year.

Exchange Policy

  • In case of exchange, if you select an item with a higher value compared to the item you're exchanging, we will ask you to pay the price difference.
  • In case the value is lower, we will credit you with the difference.
  • Exchange option is available only for the sizes.

Return Process

  • Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us.
  • We shall not be responsible for any items sent without our confirmation.
  • You have to self-ship the product(s) to us by any reliable courier service within 2 days of raising a return request.
  • Please mention the Order No. and Return ID on a paper and place it in the packet.
  • Share courier details at customercare@asilyn.com or WhatsApp at +91-9898299461.
  • Any product self-shipped after 2 days of raising a return request will not be considered.

Reverse Pickup

In case you are not able to do self-ship, we are ready to help you by generating reverse pick up from your door step. Reverse pick up charges will be applicable; you should contact our customer care number for more information regarding this.

Processing Timeline

  • Usually we receive the product in 6-7 days.
  • On receiving, within 2-3 days we complete our checking process.
  • If approved, we will issue store credit or dispatch the exchanged product.
  • This process usually takes 10-15 business days.

Exchange Availability

If the item requested for exchange is not available, we will try to give you best possible alternatives or issue a store credit for the same.

Once an order has been exchanged, it cannot be returned or exchanged again.

Restrictions

  • We do not accept return or exchange for international orders.
  • Mystery Products
  • Gift Cards
  • Customised Products

Eligibility Conditions

  • Product must be returned in its original packaging.
  • Product wasn't used or damaged.
  • Product must include original tags.

Damaged / Wrong Product

  • Item may be damaged during transit.
  • Manufacturing defect.
  • Wrong item delivered.

In such cases, we will replace the item provided the request is made within the stipulated time-frame. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
