Cancellation Policy

How can I cancel the order?
Simple! You can cancel the order before it is shipped. Just call us!.

How can I cancel order for customizes outfits?
Customized outfit requests should be cancelled before the outfit has gone for customization. Customization generally happens one day after the order has been placed. Once the outfit is customized it cannot be cancelled.

How can I cancel return?
Changed your mind? Just give us a call and we’ll get it done for you!

Under what reasons will my cancellations be rejected?
Generally, we will try to accommodate all your cancellation requests. But if your outfit is already altered and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Please follow the cancellation deadlines.

Can I cancel the order after the product has been shipped?
Oops, we are sorry once the outfit has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please follow the return policy.

For COD orders, can I check the order before making the payments?
Sorry, we do not entertain this. Please pay our delivery guy first and then if for any reason you are unhappy with the outfit, follow the returns’ policy.

 

Refund Policy

 

We do not refund the amount when the product is returned, a coupon code is generated which the customer can use for future. 

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:

  • If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but in the end choice of customer will be final
  • If the order is confirmed by us and the order is not able to ship the product on time, then we give refunds to the customer if the customer demands
  • 100% refund will be given if product is not available or the vendor is not able to ship the products
  • For courier products, If the delivery address is outside the service area, then only a 100% refund will be given.
